Shiso + Kaffir Gin is handcrafted and small batch distilled.

When working with fresh ingredients, maintaining small-scale production is crucial to preserving high quality. The heart of our gin features the vibrant taste of fresh Shiso leaves and Kaffir limes. We hand select the Shiso leaves and Kaffir limes, our master distiller then artisanally crafts and bottles the gin. Next, we number each bottle by hand. Our attention to detail results in a great quality spirit that is equally rich in flavor as it is balanced.

What makes it taste different?

Shiso leaf — an aromatic herb that has a similar taste to basil, with a hint of mint.

Kaffir lime — a unique citrus known for its distinctively aromatic zest and sharp, tangy flavor, that is incomparable to others in the citrus family.

These two main ingredients, along with five other botanicals, including the rich aroma of tonka bean and the delicate taste of chamomile, give this gin an elegant yet refreshing drinking experience. So fresh that we ourselves like to drink it on the rocks!
