Yuzu Kiss


  • 1 oz Shiso and Kaffir gin
  • 1 oz yuzu juice
  • 1/2 simple syrup 
  • Small slice of red pepper for garnish
  • Ice cubes


  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass 
  2. Stir well for 30 seconds
  3. Rim glass with korean chilli flakes and sugar (optional)
  4. Strain into a chilled glass with fresh ice


Simple syrup is easy to make by dissolving 2 parts sugar and 1 part water in a small pan, heat at medium/high heat, constantly stirring and let it cool afterwards.
