Yuzu Kiss

Ingredients
- 1 oz Shiso and Kaffir gin
- 1 oz yuzu juice
- 1/2 simple syrup
- Small slice of red pepper for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass
- Stir well for 30 seconds
- Rim glass with korean chilli flakes and sugar (optional)
- Strain into a chilled glass with fresh ice
Tip
Simple syrup is easy to make by dissolving 2 parts sugar and 1 part water in a small pan, heat at medium/high heat, constantly stirring and let it cool afterwards.
