  • 30 ml Shiso and Kaffir Gin
  • 30 ml Jabara Sake
  • 15 ml Cucumber Syrup (@bacanha)
  • 200 ml Tonic
  • Ice cubes
  • Shiso leaves for garnish (mint is a great choice as well

instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the Shiso and Kaffir Gin, Jabara Sake @jabara_sake, and Cucumber Syrup to the shaker.
  3. Shake well until everything is perfectly mixed.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a glass filled with ice cubes.
  5. Top with tonic, stirring gently to combine.
  6. Garnish with a Shiso leaf.
