Ingredients
- 40 ml Shiso and Kaffir Gin
- 40 ml Licor Beirão
- Juice from 2 oranges (+ - 200ml)
- A few springs of thyme
- Orange peel and thyme spring for garnish
Instructions
- Take a few sprigs of thyme and gently muddle them in the glass to release their flavors.
- Add ice, Shiso and Kaffir Gin, Licor Beirao, and orange juice to the mixing glass
- Stir the mixture well to combine all the ingredients.
- Strain the cocktail into a glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a twist of orange peel and a sprig of thyme.
