Ingredients:
• 40 ml Shiso + Kaffir gin
• 1 star anise
• + - 200 ml apple-pear juice
• ❗️30 ml “Tonka Vanilla Kiss” syrup
• 15 ml fresh lime juice
• Ice
• 1 sprig of mint
Garnish:
• Slice of apple (preferably dried to prevent browning, or you can soak the apple slice in water and lime juice beforehand) and a sprig of mint

Instructions:
1. In a shaker or mixing glass, add the star anise, mint, “Tonka Vanilla Kiss” syrup, lime juice, and Shiso + Kaffir Gin.
2. Add ice and shake or stir for 10-15 seconds.
3. Strain the mixture into your glass over fresh ice.
4. Top it with apple-pear juice.
5. Garnish with a slice of pear or dried apple and a sprig of mint for a refreshing finish.

Just add one teaspoon or one small stick of cinnamon and a teaspoon of cacao powder and vanilla to a cup of sugar and cook it with two cups of water until you obtain a syrup. It’s not exactly the same, but you will still get that warm autumn flavor.
