Ingredients:

 

40 ml Shiso + Kaffir gin

1 star anise

+ - 200 ml apple-pear juice

❗️30 ml “Tonka Vanilla Kiss” syrup 

15 ml fresh lime juice

Ice

1 sprig of mint

 

Garnish:

Slice of apple (preferably dried to prevent browning, or you can soak the apple slice in water and lime juice beforehand) and a sprig of mint

 

❗️ (“Tonka Vanilla Kiss” is a spice mix that consists of cinnamon, sugar, cacao, vanille and tonka bean. You can purchase "tonka vanilla kiss sugar" on our website. Perfect for making your own syrup by combining 1 part sugar with 2 parts water, or to rim your cocktail glasses. It pairs perfectly with ginger beer or ginger ale cocktails.)

 

Instructions:

1. In a shaker or mixing glass, add the star anise, mint, “Tonka Vanilla Kiss” syrup, lime juice, and Shiso + Kaffir Gin.

2. Add ice and shake or stir for 10-15 seconds.

3. Strain the mixture into your glass over fresh ice.

4. Top it with apple-pear juice.

5. Garnish with a slice of pear or dried apple and a sprig of mint for a refreshing finish.

💡✨Don’t have Tonka Kiss?!

Just add one teaspoon or one small stick of cinnamon and a teaspoon of cacao powder and vanilla to a cup of sugar and cook it with two cups of water until you obtain a syrup. It’s not exactly the same, but you will still get that warm autumn flavor.
