Shiso + Kaffir Gin is handcrafted and small batch distilled.

Our master distiller artisanally blends two classic gin styles: Old Tom Gin, known for its subtle sweetness and soft, rounded flavor, and Dry Gin, celebrated for its crisp, clean, and spicy character. All with no added sugars!

At the heart of our gin are the vibrant flavors of fresh Shiso leaves and Kaffir limes:

Shiso leaf – an aromatic herb with a flavor reminiscent of basil, with subtle minty notes.

Kaffir lime – a unique citrus fruit known for its intensely aromatic zest and sharp, tangy flavor that sets it apart from all other citrus fruits.

These two signature botanicals, combined with five others, including the rich aroma of tonka bean and the gentle taste of chamomile, create an elegant yet refreshing drinking experience.

Shiso + Kaffir Gin was designed to be enjoyed pure, neat, on the rocks, and with little to no garnish. The philosophy behind this gin was to use as few botanicals as possible while preserving the distinct character of each. By highlighting powerful ingredients like juniper, shiso leaf, and kaffir lime, we created a gin that shines on its own.
